Here are a few steps we're taking to bring you some relief:

  • Enhanced roadside service. If there is an accident, we'll provide transportation to work or home if your vehicle is not drivable.
  • Prioritized vehicle repairs. We're teaming up with our Network Repair Shops to pick up your damaged vehicle and return your repaired vehicle to the location of your choice.
  • Automatic deductible deferral. We're automatically deferring any applicable deductibles you owe for a period of 60 days.
  • Guaranteed repairs. For as long as your own/lease your vehicle.
  • Rental car assistance. Through Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we'll arrange a rental car for you and cover the costs if you don't have rental coverage.
  • Always there for you. We're also expediting our customer service to meet your needs including payment flexibility.
